CEO/Founder and NYU graduate, Renato Rancic, has over 35 years of real estate development and construction experience in both private and public sector in NY an FL, with an overall combined value of $250 million to date. He is uniquely equipped to advance projects from inception (vision) through completion.

He has owned and managed over 100 employee construction and development company in the New York City area and co-managed a real estate brokerage company with staff of 45 agents/brokers.

These different experiences is what ultimately inspired him to launch a real estate development fund. He wanted to take everything he learned growing up - the hustle, the resilience, the instinct for finding opportunity - and bring it to a broader scale. But more than that, he saw a gap in the market: a need for development that is not just about returns, but about legacy and about creating spaces that serve communities, enhance value over time, and stand strong for generations.
